Jose Luis Rodriguez
FIFA Agent, Founder FC TOURS
José Luis is the best-known soccer agent in Central America.
After playing professionally in Costa Rica’s 1st division, he obtained a scholarship to play D1 at VCU.
After graduating with an MS in business he founded FUTBOL CONSULTANTS, which he has been running since 2009 and has become the best sports agency in Central America.
Monica Malavassi
Monica is one of Costa Rica’s most outstanding athletes.
She represented Costa Rica in its national women’s basketball and soccer teams.
Monica obtained a soccer scholarship at D2 University of West Florida, where she graduated in Sports Management and won the NCAA National Championship in her senior year.
She is also a famous soccer TV commentator.
Andres Rojas

Andrés Rojas is a journalist by profession; however, his role at FC Tours goes far beyond communication.
He is responsible for ensuring that your trip through Costa Rica — or your academy’s international participation anywhere in the world — is well-organized and tailored to your specific needs.
His job is to find the best hotels, tours, fields, and tournaments according to each client’s requirements.
Andrey Rosales
Futbol Consultants & FC Tours
Andrey had the experience of playing and becoming an NCAA champion with the University of North Florida, which gives him a perfect understanding of what teams look for in an international tour.
In addition, he served as Competition Director at UNAFUT and later joined the FC Tours staff to contribute his expertise in designing itineraries and managing logistics for each client.
Within the Futbol Consultants structure, he also serves as the College Placement and Operations Director.
